![]() I'm a bit confused, because I am reading that bitterness comes from over extraction (too fine of grind) but a tomato flavor can come from under extraction (too coarse of grind). We suggest trying Onyx Tealight which has organic oats and honey along with black tea and cinnamon to create a complex sweetness and silky mouthfeel tea experience. You can get a bag clip or something, but most likely the bag wont sit flush in the box anymore because the clips you have arent the right size. Sure, you can fold it, but it does not (and it is not), air-tight. My wife and I would go through a box less than a week at 1 cup/day each. Inside of the box is the bag with coffee but whats terrible is that you cant even reseal it. They work great in your reusable pods In here youll find the staples of. I would rather have a re-sealable bag, unlike that paper bag inside the box. We also stopped buying from them after the switch to the box. I was often a cheerleader for them in conversations. I found a coffee I liked and the right grind setting to produce something I enjoyed so never strayed from it.
